Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind and vintage, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or minor signs of wear. Please read item descriptions carefully and check measurements before purchasing.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description?
We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email/contact form link], including photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Q: Do you accept exchanges?
Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of vintage pieces, we cannot offer exchanges. Each item is one-of-a-kind and may not be restocked once sold.
Q: How do you describe condition?
Each item includes a detailed description and condition notes. While we do our best to highlight any flaws, vintage items often show natural signs of age and wear — this is part of their charm!
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
We ship quickly! Please reach out ASAP if you need to cancel or update an order. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed, but we’ll try to accommodate whenever possible.
